All westbound lanes of Sydney’s M5 East Motorway are closed due to an automobile accident that has caused mayhem.
A automobile smash through a flyover and into the main road caused a large-scale emergency reaction, which set off the chaos.
Emergency services were summoned to the M5 Motorway in Bexley North at approximately 4:50 p.m. on Thursday due to reports of a single car crash, according to NSW Police.
“Upon arrival, St. George Police Area Command officers discovered a white Nissan SUV that had rolled down to the M5.”
The male motorist was transferred to St George Hospital for a required test in a severe condition after receiving treatment by paramedics from NSW Ambulance.
Because of the collision, the westbound lanes between Mascot and Beverly Hills are closed. Drivers are advised to “use an alternate route,” according to LiveTraffic NSW.
At 4:28 p.m., the shutdown was scheduled.
