A man has died after rear-ending a stopped semi in Shepherdsville, police said.
Shepherdsville Police Department said the crash happened around 2 a.m. on Friday on Interstate 65.
Police said a semi had stopped on the shoulder of a ramp from I-65 North to exit 117. That’s when the car rear-ended the semi.
A person has died following a crash on I-65 on Monday morning.
According to Indiana State Police, a person was struck by a driver near the Keystone Avenue exit on northbound I-65 as they were attempting to run across the interstate.
The driver, in a Kia SUV, stayed at the scene after hitting the man.
According to ISP, the driver of the Kia was not believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. They provided a blood draw.
