The closures are scheduled to be in place on Helena Road, in Sutton, from today, Tuesday, April 30.
St Helens Council says the works are likely to be carried out over the next three days between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
There will be closures “as and when needed” for the works to take place.
There are resurfacing works starting that are likely to take up to three days on Helena Road – works will be between 9:30am and 3:30pm with road closures in place as and when needed for the works.
The general public is hereby advised to stick to the stipulated time before using the stated route in order not to get stock in a place for a long time due to negligence.
From 3:30 downwards the road will be free for users, and this is going to last for 3 days.
