Queensland Police have launched an investigation after a three-year-old child died in a horrific car crash in the state’s Bundaberg Region.
A vehicle being driven by a 38-year-old woman and containing two children aged three and eight months old was travelling in the Bundaberg Region’s Rosedale when it veered off the road and crashed about 7.30pm.
Emergency services and bystanders quickly rushed to the incident but the three-year-old died at the scene.
The woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries while the eight-month-old was left unscathed.
Authorities are investigating the situation and are asking those with information to come forward.
