Watford have no intention of selling attacking midfielder Yaser Asprilla in this summer’s transfer window.

That’s according to a report from The Watford Observer, who say that the Hornets are confident they will be able to keep the 20-year-old for the coming campaign.

Asprilla made the move to Watford from Envigado in his native Colombia back in January 2022, and has since become an increasingly important player for the club.

In total, the attacking midfielder has made 86 appearances in all competitions for the Hornets, scoring seven goals and ten assists in that time.

That has now started to lead to some high-profile links with Asprilla emerging in recent weeks, and it appears Watford have now made their stance clear amid that interest from elsewhere.
