The former, who joined the team from Non League Athletic Newham, has netted twice since signing in January, including once during the campaign against West Ham United U21s.
The Argentine had to wait his turn with Ravizzoli, but once Max Stryjek was sent off against Stevenage in February, he is now the number one player.
He’s played the last eight matches in all competitions and has kept four clean sheets.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s showpiece, he said about Kone: “I was gutted that we didn’t get Richard done by the end of August, but doesn’t seem like much fazes him and he’s got an incredible back story.
“Some of us might find that hard to understand totally, as he’s seen and felt things that fortunately in our lives we’ve not had to go through.
We talk about this guy a lot, and I adore him unconditionally.
“We’re lucky to have him here, and he has a bright future ahead of him.”
“Franco is a very calm character and he came with a really good recommendation from Sergio Torres and Russell Martin, two guys who I trust implicitly on football,” he stated regarding Ravizzoli.
“He came to us during the preseason, performed admirably in the opening games, and I think he served as a solid backup to Max [Stryjek], who has also had an excellent season.
“We are fortunate to have two excellent goalkeepers who are working extremely hard and practicing properly to take the top rank.
“Franco has been doing well; he just needed to be patient.”
Finally, on the season as a whole and appearing at Wembley on April 7, he concluded: “We’ve had some tough moments this season and dare I say, we’ll have some tough moments to come.
“That’s what football management is about, but we’ve taken this competition strongly.
“With that, I hope my family enjoy it.
“I hope they enjoy it, along with the fans as well.
“We’ve had to show resilience where we kept ploughing on.”
