After a man went missing, a body was discovered in a Yeovil park.
Yesterday morning (October 24), Avon and Somerset Police received a call at Ninesprings Country Park.
“Although formal identification has not been carried out, we believe it to be that of missing 50-year-old man Anthony,” a force spokesperson stated.
His family members have been informed and are receiving help during this trying time.

“We’ll now carry out further enquiries on behalf of the Coroner’s office.”
Despite not finding any suspicious circumstances, the police are classifying the death as unexplained.
