Police activity at the scene of the Chilthorne Domer murder
An investigation into a murder has been opened by Avon and Somerset police following the death of a man early this morning At just after midnight, police were summoned to a flat on Hendford Hill. They discovered a man there with injuries that might be fatal. He was brought to the hospital, but he passed very soon after.
Two guys have been taken into custody to be questioned, according to confirmation from the police. The two men are 29, and one is 23.
The area surrounding the flat has been roped off by the Police so they may finish their investigation. The Police will step up their
presence in the region to provide locals peace of mind over the coming days.
“A full and thorough investigation will be carried out into this man’s death and specially trained officers have been deployed to support his next of kin at this extremely difficult time,” Det Insp Chris Feerick stated on behalf of the investigating team.
